BronxWorks offers help with preparing and submitting applications for various benefits to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. BronxWorks charges no fees and can assist with completing waivers for fees associated with some immigration applications.

Our organization has three locations in the Bronx that provide immigration services:

1130 Grand Concourse, Bronx, NY 10456

This location schedules appointments via (800) 354-0365 and offers citywide services.


  • General Immigration Consultations
  • Citizenship Applications, Applications for Derivative Certificates of Citizenship, and Applications for Replacement Certificates
  • DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) Applications
  • Family Petitions and Adjustment of Status to Permanent Resident
  • Green Card Renewals
  • Petitions to Remove Conditions on Permanent Residency
  • Work Authorization and Renewal
  • Temporary Protected Status
  • U Visas (special visas for undocumented victims of crime living in the U.S.)

This location schedules appointments in person every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning, beginning at 8:30 am. We offer statewide services for citizenship and DACA applications. Other services are limited to District 5 Bronx residents.

60 East Tremont also offers general consultations with an attorney once a month. Please visit the office to schedule an appointment.

This location schedules appointments via (718) 588-3836. Services are limited to District 4 Bronx Residents.
