Jill Chaifetz Transfer School


The Jill Chaifetz Transfer School is a public school designed for older students aged 17 to 21 who have fallen behind academically. Young adults get specialized help to pass Regents exams and graduate with a traditional high school diploma.

BronxWorks provides attendance improvement and dropout prevention services, as well as individual and group counseling, for students at JHS 22, the Jordan L. Mott School.

MS 399 Teen Action Program


The Teen Action Program at MS 399 offers students workshops and service learning projects that promote leadership development and health awareness.

Excel Education and Employment Program


Excel is an employment program for out-of-school youth aged 17-21, most of them without a high school diploma. It provides job readiness training, placement help, GED classes, and other services.
