HOT is a mobile unit that works with homeless individuals on the streets, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We help street homeless people get appropriate services and move to safer environments. Our staff also helps place homeless people in permanent or long-term transitional housing.

- Referrals to drug and alcohol treatment facilities and emergency shelter
- Counseling
- Benefits assistance
- Crisis intervention (HOT is a certified crisis intervention program)
- Medical and psychiatric services
