BronxWorks has a housing specialist dedicated to helping seniors at risk of homelessness. Our housing specialist provides the following types of assistance:
- Mediating disputes with landlords
- Help completing applications for housing subsidy programs
- Help resolving utilities arrears
- Reviewing leases and legal documents
- Help navigating housing court
- Access to public assistance, emergency food sources, legal services, and other help as needed.
