BronxWorks has a housing specialist dedicated to helping seniors at risk of homelessness. Our housing specialist provides the following types of assistance:

• Mediating disputes with landlords
• Help completing applications for housing subsidy programs
• Help resolving utilities arrears
• Reviewing leases and legal documents
• Help navigating housing court
• Access to public assistance, emergency food sources, legal services, and other help as needed.
